Our Leadership

Angkori is led by Steven Rudolph, an innovator and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in Asia. Steven has a remarkable track record of redefining the fields he enters, making significant transformations in healthcare, education, technology, personality development, and psychometric testing.

Throughout his career, he has consulted and partnered with global organizations such as Apple Computer, Microsoft, Intel, the World Bank, UNDP, the Governments of India and Bhutan, the Richard Gere Foundation, and SOS Children's Villages. His contributions to the field of e-Health have been recognized with the prestigious World Summit Award.

Since moving to Cambodia in 2019, Steven has immersed himself in the local culture and community. Married to a Khmer wife and raising their daughters in Cambodia, he is deeply committed to the development of the Kingdom of Wonder. Steven has dedicated his life to seeing Cambodia become a leading nation in the world by 2050.
